The aim of this email is to get money from people. These kind of emails are scam emails. Microsoft will not send emails to its customer asking them to pay for something. If you did not enter to any promotions or lottery, you can delete this email or mark it as junk. You can keep spam and junk emails out of your Inbox by following all of the steps here.
