Still running this scam in 2020. Although they are using a different from email. info@mail.gob.mx I find it hilarious that the from email is China, the reply email is Mexico; however, they won the Euro lottery. Tempting to have some fun and send a nonsense reply.
Correction; from email is Mexico and reply is China.
