Business Proposal

Dear Sir,
I was ask to contact you by one of your friend who doesn't want his name mentioned for security reason.

My name is Mr. Richard Levy, a financial consultant and I work with a reputable financial services call euroclear base in belgium/South Africa. My company most times represents the interests of some very wealthy investors in South Africa, and Central Africa.

Due to the sensitivity of the position they hold in their society and the unstable investment environment of the region, they evacuate majority of their funds into more stable economies and developed nations where they can get good yield. A reserved client, whom I had personally worked with a few years ago with a proposal recently approached me. What he requests is a reputable company or individual such as yourself, who will be willing to invest on his behalf in your country.

You will receive money and put it to good use for a period not exceeding (6) six years. The fund in question is huge. The client has offered these terms:

1. You will provide details of investment to be financed.
2. The fund will be used by you for six years as a loan without any interest. That is, you do not pay any interest on the money but you give the client 50% of all profits after tax that accrued from the use of the fund.

3. After six years the client will hold possession of the investments or the fund will be returned.
4. We will meet for agreement will be signed before the fund is wired to your account.

5. The 5% of the fund will be paid to you and my firm as commission.
6. The fund will not be used for humanitarian service.
If these terms are agreeable to you, kindly let me know by forwarding detailed and comprehensive business memorandum, including your resume to give me a better picture of your background.

Regards,

Richard Levy
